Unemployment is a painful calamity for those who are forced to survive without a decent job, without a decent income and without any social security. How do they do it? How can they?​
It is the main cause of other serious social problems in our streets and cities, such as poverty, insecurity, bad image, commercial and labor illegality 
Everyone have the right to a worthy, legal and permanent job and everyone need one to support themselves and their families with dignity.​
Our society has moved away from the duty of fulfilling everyone with its right and need to have a decent job. On the one hand we have the TRADITIONAL UNEMPLOYMENT, when the number of people who need to work (Demand) grows faster than the number of jobs generated by the market (Offer) and on the other the UNEMPLOYMENT OF THE MOST VULNERABLES, when there are vacancies (Offer) and do not contracts the people in vulnerable condition
​​The lives of unemployed people, including those who do not get work because of their condition (education, experience, gender, age, health, backgrounds), those with very little possibility of being hired and forced to engage in informal activities (Displaced persons, victims of violence, demobilized, disabled, mothers who are heads of household, young people and the elderly, among others)
As an ANGEL you will be able to offer them a new opportunity of life, offer them a decent, legal and permanent job that allows them to support themselves - and their families - in a dignified way. You will have saved them from poverty (Including their family group: 4.4 people), from informal activities and from unworthy work.

  • The initial investment for employment is less than 1 Minimum Integral Annual Salary (Colombia)

  • Each module initially generates 46 new jobs and removes 202 people from poverty
  • In 10 years each module will have generated 5,888 new jobs and removed 25,907 people from poverty
